Is there a player drop off area?
January 1, 2026Pedicabs, e-bikes, and electric scooters are not permitted onsite in 2027. We understand the convenience these options can provide; however, the venue has made it clear that they are not allowed due to previously identified safety concerns. This policy is consistent with other major events hosted at the venue, as pedicabs are also not permitted during Coachella or Stagecoach.
We have expanded our onsite internal shuttle bus service, added additional tram stops throughout the venue and incorporated golf cart transportation offerings.
Onsite Transportation:
- Shuttle Buses: Buses will be available to assist players and spectators with traversing the venue. Refer to the map for shuttle route information and look for designated stops onsite. Service begins at 1:30 Pm on Friday and 6:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
- ADA Transportation: ADA transportation services can be requested at any of the information booths.
- Golf Cart Transportation: Golf cart transportation will be available for hire throughout the venue. Payments are accepted via Venmo, so download the app ahead of time to quickly scan the QR code and pay for your ride.
